A: I love health and fitness, plus food and cooking! Teaching people how to move well so they can enjoy all the things life has to offer is so rewarding and inspiring I live by this quote: 'Take care of your body. It's the only place you have to live.'

A: I don't have a specific mentor. I try to surround myself by positive, inspiring and kind people, who I can learn from.

A: Loud R&B/rap music when kickboxing, Freakonomics podcasts when running, no music while racing - just the voice inside my head that tells me to keep moving forward!

A: Experimenting in the kitchen - most things are edible! Horse riding. Reading. Crocheting.
